About Us

Community HeARTs is a charity in Ellesmere Port & Chester dedicated to creating a welcoming place for everyone.

Our goal is to offer a safe space where people can connect through art and creativity. At Community HeARTs, we want to help individuals build friendships with others who face similar challenges from within their community. Our group has around 25 members, each with their own personal challenges. Community HeARTs stands for togetherness, friendship, and creativity.

Since becoming an independent group in 2024, Community HeARTs has grown in both purpose and ambition. The group has been founded by parents & carers of disabled adults who have experienced a lack of suitable service support for their children in adulthood. We were started to offer a creative and inclusive haven for vulnerable adults of all ages and abilities where they can explore their artistic talents and connect with others.
